For Sunday July 23rd the time is 12-8pm.

All ticket-holders need to enter through Barracks Gate to be checked in to Savour!

The Royal Hospital Chelsea is easily accessible by road and by public transport. The nearest London Underground station is Sloane Square on the District Line.

Of course we are fully wheelchair accessible being the home of the honoured Chelsea Pensioners.

If you require any additional assistance ahead of the show please contact zoe@savourfestival.com

At Savour festival, each restaurant has been challenged to create a £3 taster dish. If you're still hungry, we've got a variety of dishes under £8.50 to choose from. For something extra special, you can book a once-a-year exclusive to Savour Menu in one of our Tipi & Tent experiences. We do have some of our exhibitors doing sampling across the weekend too! All menus will be listed in advance on our website, so keep an eye out for your favourite restaurants.

Absolutely! We're happy to say that most of our restaurants at Savour festival will be offering vegetarian or vegan dishes. So, whether you're a full-time herbivore or just looking to mix things up, we've got you covered! We also have Shicken who will be doing free vegan sampling across the weekend so come and explore the delicious world of plant-based cuisine with us.

We want everyone at Savour Festival to enjoy all the delicious food we have to offer and while we do our upmost to have something for all, it's important to note that there is always a risk of cross-contamination. If you have any allergies or intolerances please do check in with our restaurants and exhibitors who will be more than happy to point you in the right direction!

Please do note we are a cashless event as much as we'd like some pocket money! All of our restaurants, exhibitors and bars will be accepting payment from Credit and Debit card across the weekend.

We have worked hard to bring the best-in-class restaurants and bars in London to create some fantastic dishes for you to try so please respect our talented chefs who will be working tirelessly to provide some incredible food over the weekend. Whilst we appreciate you may want to sneak a bottle in for you and your friends we do not permit food & drink from outside of the event. The exceptions are snacks for those with medical requirements, baby food and water!

Absolutely, we welcome children under 12 completely free. We are proud to be family friendly and hope to have some fantastic experiences for the mini foodies up our sleeve this July!

It is with great sadness that our venue operates a strict no dog (or other pet) policy and can only permit entrance to Service dogs. The director's dachshund who identifies as a 'sausage' can't be snuck in either! However, Butternut Box and Pure Pet Food will be there so you can bring a treat back to your fur babies at home.

Fun fact is Savour is actually the largest buyer of outdoor cover for any other festival in London with cover spanning 2000 m2 of our event. So in the very unfortunate event it should rain in July we have got you covered (literally).

With our new ticketing platform Easol you should be able to sign in to your account to view your order.

All tickets will be available to check in 7-days before the show so fear not if you don't see them yet!

All tickets will be checked and scanned on entry. Please, arrive the time mentioned in your ticket. The ticket is valid for a single entry to the event and cannot be duplicated or transferred.

It must be presented in its original form, either as a physical ticket or an e-ticket. The ticket holder must retain the ticket throughout the duration of the event and present it upon request.

Please note that all tickets purchased are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of reimbursement.

Savour is a family-friendly festival, but we operate a Challenge 25 policy - anyone believed to be under the age of 25 will be asked to prove their age when purchasing alcohol. We accept a valid passport, foreign national ID cards, driving licenses or home office approved PASS hologram as identification and/or proof of age.

Please note there will be photography & videography on site

Whilst we appreciate you may want to sneak a bottle in for you and your friends we do not permit food & drink from outside of the event. The exceptions are snacks for those with medical requirements, baby food and water.

Please be aware that the following items are strictly prohibited from the venue: illegal substances, legal highs or any psychoactive substances, weapons, ammunition, explosives, horns, whistles, drums, fireworks, or any object that can be used as a weapon or cause danger or disruption to visitors. This policy applies regardless of legality or permission. We reserve the right to confiscate any prohibited items.

We look forward to welcoming everyone at Savour Festival London. As being the guests at the Chelsea pensioner's home, it is important to show respect to both the venue and our hosts while entering, during and when leaving the festival.

Please use the provided toilets and refrain from using the bushes. Kindly refrain from littering either to maintain a clean environment for everyone to enjoy.

We want to make your visit a safe and enjoyable experience. Savour Festival reserves the right, without a ticket refund, to refuse entry for any reason and at any time, or to eject ticket holders from the venue in the case of any incidence of anti-social or unreasonable behaviour of any kind during the event.

If you are feeling unwell, unsafe or in danger please let one of our event staff or a member of security know and we will do everything we can to help.
